Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our range of IT, Pro Audio, and Media Gears. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Generate new leads and establish contact with potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, attending trade shows, and utilizing online platforms. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements. 3. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT, Pro Audio, and Media Gears. 4. Provide accurate product information, technical specifications, pricing details, and availability to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Product Development, to gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to continuously improve our product offerings. 6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance our sales strategies. 7. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals. 8. Provide post-sales support, including order processing, shipment tracking, and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries. 9. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas and objectives. 10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in our CRM system. 11. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated with advancements in IT, Pro Audio, and Media Gears to effectively address customer queries. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the IT, Pro Audio, or Media Gears industry. 2. Sound technical knowledge of IT equipment, audio systems, media production tools, and related software. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. 4. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, with a customer-focused approach. 5. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 6. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software. 8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 9. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 10. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel when necessary.
