to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and selling our interior solutions (furniture, fit-outs, space planning, etc.) to commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
Understand client needs and provide tailored interior design or fit-out solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective and existing clients to close sales and generate repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM software.
Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-5 years) in
sales within the interior design, fit-out, or furniture industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read basic architectural drawings is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of interior products, materials, and market trends
Strong presentation and customer service skills
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
