Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Flashy Jewellery. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our exquisite collection of gold and diamond jewellery, engaging with customers, and closing sales. Your responsibilities will include maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, attracting customers into the store, and effectively negotiating and finalizing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in restocking merchandise

- Proactively engage with potential customers outside the store, encouraging them to visit and explore our stunning collection

- Build rapport with customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations

- Effectively communicate product features, quality, and value propositions to drive sales

- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and closing skills to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers

- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the gold and diamond industry or substantial experience in other high-ticket sales industry (real estate, automotive, etc)

- Fluent in Spanish or Russian (written and spoken)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members

Working Hours:

- Current working hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, six days a week

- Future shift pattern may be implemented

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of 3,000 to 5,000 AED per month, based on experience and qualifications

- Additional 1% commission on sales
