We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Sales Representative
to join our growing team at KHAM. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion--especially abayas--and has a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting abayas and other KHAM products that match their preferences and fit.
Provide professional
measurement services
for clients to ensure perfect fitting.
Maintain a strong understanding of KHAM's collections, fabric types, and design details to effectively guide customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS and inventory systems.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and product display standards.
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and meet assigned sales targets.
Support marketing initiatives such as pop-ups, exhibitions, and events as needed.
Proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize store performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in retail sales, preferably in an
abaya or luxury fashion brand
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and other basic computer applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service and sales negotiation skills.
Ability to measure clients accurately for customized fittings.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling customers and inventory.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work during weekends, events, or exhibitions as needed.
