Internal Interaction Relationship:

Sales Supervisor

Retail Sales Manage

Sales Area Manager

Wholesales & e-commerce team

Employees of EC as required

External Interaction Relationship:

Customers

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepares and submits sales orders.

2. Performs sales related activities for retail products.

3. Establishes and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.

4. Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guide them with the usage of the products, as required.

5. Answers potential customers questions about products, prices and availability including follow up call questions.

6. Where applicable, provides after sales services including warranty and other claims from the customers.

7. Understands and promotes company programs.

8. Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.

9. Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.

10. Ensures the shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged at Kiosk.

11. Performs other assignments as required from time to time by the management.

Requirements
Qualification and Experience

Qualification:

A high school qualification or equivalentMUST. Bachelor s degree in businessadministration, business, or related field preferred.

Experience:

(0-2) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

Behavioral Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented.
Energetic and motivated.
Capable of multi-tasking.

Technical Competencies

Basic computer skills.
Microsoft Office.
Understanding of sales processes dynamics.
