Job Summary a~ Responsible for building a positive relationship with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company. a~ Achieves targets on time and in budgets a~ Works closely with the operations supervisor to excel team delivery and excellent customer service. a~ Performs surveys and provide initial quotations to support operations teams in getting the right quality of leads. Responsibilities A Studies the Market of Soft services, MEP, HVAC maintenance and installation and delivers a high-level plan. A Delivers Sales targets put by the Sales and Operational leader. A Closes targets continuously. A Communicates on a daily basis status of target achievements. A Able to change focus rapidly in order to achieve the required income target A Manages Cost and lead conversion from order up until revenue A Financial Acumen of pricing, commissions, and value deals A Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning. A Manages to and achieves revenue and profitability goals A Provides technical administrative leadership and professional planning and scheduling duties to facilitate the execution of maintenance and repair tasks. A Understands the business environment of local markets including competition, purchasing and business trends. A Leads the effort to segment customer base and direct activities associated with customer growth and retention. A Generate sales leads and promotes and develops maintenance/service agreements; estimates and generates bids for contract projects/work. A Establishes and executes adherence to the procedure for pricing, sales to operations handover and other SOPs crucial to the business. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) A Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting A Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment A Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material A Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs A Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media A Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services A Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data A Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences A Estimating and submitting quotation and tenders for large-sized buildings for A/C or MEP or FM maintenance. A Generate project/business opportunities and RFPaEUR(TM)s through customer contact to meet the companyaEUR(TM)s business plans and growth strategies in order to meeting and exceeding sales targets asset. A Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the companyaEUR(TM)s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals. A Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments. A Lead the development and preparation of RFPaEUR(TM)s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations. A Following -up for invoicing and collections of service contracts. A Provide technical knowledge when dealing with customers. Desired Profile A 5 years minimum of sales experience with a track record of success. A BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Business Management or any related field. A Strong interpersonal skills, achievement-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. A Excellent verbal and written communications skills at all levels of the business. A Solid problem-solving skills and proven negotiating skills, goal orientated, and a team player. A Outstanding English language skills, Arabic is a plus. A Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. A Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint A Honest and reliable A Corrupt personal will be fired immediately on misconduct and a second chance will not be given to any corrupted personnel. A Customer-centric approach with the ability to solve problems quickly. The successful candidate will relish the challenge of seeing a problem through to the end and be confident in dealing with multiple suppliers, clients, and team members and showing the direction to other colleagues A UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
