Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Operate cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Supervise and train new staff members on sales techniques and customer service best practices. Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and cash handling. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills is essential. Experience in upselling and stock management is a plus. Ability to supervise team members and foster a collaborative work environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are highly valued traits.
