Sales Representatives

to support the brand's retail growth and market presence. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong in-store execution across assigned territories.

The ideal candidate has hands-on field sales experience, understands retail dynamics, and can represent the Puff brand professionally while consistently delivering sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales for Puff products across assigned retail outlets Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and effective in-store visibility Execute sales plans, promotions, and product launches as directed Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and distribution KPIs Conduct regular store visits and ensure compliance with brand and merchandising standards Monitor competitor activity and provide structured market feedback Prepare accurate sales reports, route plans, and performance updates Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations

Experience & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

2-4 years of proven experience

in field sales, FMCG, or retail sales Experience selling into supermarkets, convenience stores, or specialty retailers is preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Valid driving license (where applicable) Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
