In this role, you'll combine your product knowledge, customer-first mindset, and sales skills to deliver personalized consultations, support store operations, and contribute to achieving sales targets all while creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing:
Achieve individual and store sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on preferences, budget, and style.
Confidently explain product features, benefits, and usage, including hands-on demonstrations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Process exchanges and refunds efficiently, offering suitable alternatives when needed.
Accurately handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, and other payment methods.
Balance the cash register after each shift and ensure funds are securely stored.
Monitor stock levels and report low stock, out-of-stock items, and product expiration dates to store management.
Coordinate with operations to request replenishments and new stock.
Assist in checking warehouse products to ensure correct pricing, quality, and display readiness.
Support store preparation for special events, VIP visits, and promotional activities.
Promote products and in-store events through social media to increase engagement and sales.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring cleanliness, tester hygiene, and attractive product displays.
Assist with administrative tasks such as stock follow-ups, customer relationship records, and documentation.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment always.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
0-1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (experience is a plus but not required).
Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
Passion for retail, sales, and customer service.
Strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with the ability to boost sales and revenue.
Strong attention to detail in presentation and visual merchandising.
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
