Wheels On Deals FZE is looking for a Sales Development Executive to support lead qualification, client handling, and day-to-day office operations. The role combines pre-sales lead management, in-person customer interaction, and commercial office support.

Key Responsibilities
o
Analyze and qualify incoming sales leads
o
Contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email
o
Handle walk-in and in-person client inquiries
o
Prepare and send emails, quotations, and invoices
o
Support basic accounting and payment follow-ups
o
Prepare simple client presentations when required
o
Maintain organized sales and client records
o
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover

Requirements
o
Experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, or office operations
o
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
o
Comfortable with in-person and remote client handling
o
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
o
Automotive or trading industry experience preferred
