Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will support the company's trading and sales activities for agricultural commodities. This role is highly field?oriented and requires regular visits to the Al?Ras market and buyers to gather market intelligence, build relationships with buyers, and support weekly sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Visit the Al?Ras market regularly to meet buyers and gather local market information.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential buyers.
Follow up with buyers regarding shipments, orders, product quality feedback, and delivery timelines.
Collect and report weekly market price trends, commodity demand updates, and competitor activity.
Support sales efforts for the company's agricultural product portfolio.
Prepare simple sales summaries, market reports, and customer follow?up logs.
Coordinate with the logistics/documents team to ensure smooth order execution.
Represent the company professionally in all market interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in sales, trading, market research, or customer coordination preferred.
Strong communication and relationship?building skills.
Comfortable working in the field and interacting directly with buyers.
Basic understanding of commodity trading or agricultural products is an asset.
Organized, proactive, and detail?oriented.
Fluency in English and Farsi is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
