Job Description

Candour Business Services is seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Representative to identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong passion for sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Update and manage sales CRM with accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Assist in creating promotional content for social media.

Qualifications or Work Experience Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. Comfortable with social media platforms and creating promotional videos. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
