Job Description

Vape Retail Shop Sales Staff - Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome customers into the shop and provide friendly, professional service

Verify customer age

before all vape-related sales and strictly follow legal requirements Sell vape devices, e-liquids, disposables, and accessories responsibly Explain product features, differences, and proper use in a clear, non-misleading way Assist customers with product selection based on preferences and store policies Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments accurately Maintain well-organized product displays and restock shelves as needed Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged stock to management Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Handle customer questions, returns, or complaints professionally Refuse sales to underage customers or anyone not meeting legal requirements Follow all health, safety, and compliance regulations related to vape retail Stay updated on new products, pricing, and store promotions Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical retail standards Assist with opening and closing the shop Receive and check incoming stock deliveries Help with compliant in-store promotions Prepare basic daily sales or stock reports

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
