Key Responsibilities
Promote the clinic's medical services, health packages, and wellness programs through outdoor sales activities
Visit corporate offices, businesses, hotels, gyms, schools, and other organizations to generate referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, insurance providers, and corporate clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand the clinic's client base
Conduct presentations and explain clinic services, pricing, and promotions clearly
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
Collect market feedback and report competitor activity to management
Coordinate with the clinic's internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Dubai market and business landscape
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
