DLN Building Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's contracting and fit-out services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and maintenance sectors. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote DLN's services. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the technical team. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on ongoing projects. Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential leads to increase company sales. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project pipelines. Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in construction, contracting, or fit-out industry (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of contracting, fit-out works, and local market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
