Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
Coordinate cleaner schedules and track staff availability.
Maintain smooth communication between clients, office, and cleaning teams.
Assist with basic operational records and light administrative tasks.
Build and maintain client trust through excellent service and communication.
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Basic knowledge of Dubai routes/areas for staff scheduling.
