Helpsters Cleaning Services LLC provides professional residential and corporate cleaning solutions across Dubai. We are seeking a
motivated Sales Representative
to handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and coordinate cleaning staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from clients.
Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
Coordinate cleaners' schedules and track staff availability.
Maintain communication between clients, office, and the cleaning teams.
Keep basic operational records and assist with light administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in
sales, telesales, or customer service
(preferred).
Good communication skills in
English
(spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of
Dubai routes/areas
for scheduling staff.
Familiar with WhatsApp, email, and MS Excel.
Responsible, organized, and reliable.
Preferred Qualities:
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Quick learner, able to multitask under pressure.
Team player with strong follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
