Sales Representative

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through networking, marketing, and referrals Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors Build and maintain long-term client relationships Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets Prepare necessary documentation and follow-up on sales processes Provide excellent customer service and support at all stages of the transaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus
