About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information when required. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients. Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales deals effectively. Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good presentation skills and professional appearance. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage. High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Valid UAE driver's license (optional).
