Geem is a fast-growing facilities management company in Dubai, delivering high-quality maintenance, AMC services, and on-call property care. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic environment.

We are seeking a

Sales Representative

with around

2 years of sales experience

who is eager to grow in the facilities management industry. The ideal candidate should understand sales processes, be confident in dealing with customers, and be willing to learn the technical aspects of our services.

Full training on our facilities management operations will be provided so you can confidently handle client discussions, prepare quotations, and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and inquiries from multiple channels. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FM/maintenance services. Follow the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions (Google Sheets/CRM). Participate in ongoing training to understand AC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance services. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of Geem.

Requirements

Around 2 years of experience in sales

(any industry). Strong understanding of basic sales processes (lead handling, follow-ups, closing). Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Ability and willingness to learn facilities management services. Proactive, motivated, and target-driven attitude. Experience in FM/technical services is a
