We're looking for a confident and proactive

Sales Representative

to join our team at

Grand Touch Auto

, a garage, premium detailing and protection studio in Dubai Investments Park 2.
Your main responsibility will be to

convert leads into bookings

-- handling customer inquiries, following up professionally, and providing an excellent client experience both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with customers who inquire through Meta, Google, and website lead forms. Manage and track all conversations through

WhatsApp

and ensure timely follow-ups. Explain our detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, and PPF services clearly to clients. Upsell customers on

premium services

such as paint correction, ceramic coating, and PPF. Schedule and confirm bookings in coordination with the operations team. Greet and assist walk-in clients at the studio, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Maintain a clean follow-up sheet with notes and customer updates. Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

Excellent

spoken and written English

is essential.

Hindi and Arabic

are a strong advantage. Confident on the phone and comfortable using

WhatsApp for business communication

. Organized, motivated, and goal-driven personality. Previous experience in

automotive, detailing, or service-based sales

preferred. UAE experience or local area knowledge (DIP/Jebel Ali/Al Quoz) a plus.

Compensation

Base Salary:

AED 2,500 - 3,500 (based on experience)

Commission:

Generous tiered system based on total monthly revenue and upsells. High performers can earn

AED 7,000-9,000+ per month

.

Schedule:

6 days per week, 9 AM - 6 PM Immediate start preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
