Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Representative

with experience in the

eyewear

or a

closely related sector (fashion accessories, optics, beauty, or premium consumer goods).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with optical retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Conduct regular market visits across the UAE to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement. Present collections, negotiate orders, and follow up on deliveries and payments. Collaborate with trade marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide market feedback and insights to the brand manager and CEO. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) in sales within the eyewear, optics, fashion, or beauty sectors. Strong network within the UAE optical retail market is highly preferred. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
