Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles and related products or services to customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, conducting test drives, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The position contributes directly to achieving dealership sales targets and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and identify their automotive needs and preferences. Present, promote, and sell vehicles, accessories, and financing options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Explain product features, specifications, and warranty details clearly to customers. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate sales opportunities. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals in alignment with company policies. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product models, market trends, and competitor offerings. Prepare and process sales documentation, finance applications, and delivery checklists. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and develop new corporate and institutional client relationships. Prepare and present fleet proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. Negotiate bulk sales contracts and ensure smooth execution from order to delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for automobiles and in-depth product knowledge. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
