About the Role:

We are seeking highly driven and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is motivated by targets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for closing deals.

Compensation:

Base Salary:

AED 4,000 per month

Incentive:

AED 4,000 per successful closed transaction

Total earning potential:

Highly rewarding based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate leads and close sales in line with company targets. Sell a minimum of

three (3) marketing and sales packages

each month (mandatory). Close at least one business transaction monthly to continue employment. Present, promote, and sell company services to new and existing clients. Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches and proposals. Provide market feedback and report progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (preferably in marketing or service-based industries). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

UAE driving license and personal car preferred.

Must be proactive, confident, and motivated by incentives. Ability to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays.

Visa Policy:

Own visa is preferable.

Employment visa may be provided based on performance and meeting sales targets.

Performance Expectations (Mandatory):
