Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Representative (Coffee Equipment)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling coffee machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment to cafes, restaurants, offices, and hospitality clients. A

valid UAE driving license

is

mandatory

for this role, as client visits and equipment demonstrations are a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across the HORECA and corporate sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for coffee machines, grinders, and related accessories. Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and equipment installations when required. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective after-sales service. Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and client data using CRM tools or company templates. Stay updated on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends in the coffee equipment industry. Represent the brand professionally during exhibitions, coffee events, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales, preferably in

coffee equipment, HORECA.

Strong understanding of coffee machines, grinders, and brewing methods (training will be provided if needed). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driving license

. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
