Job Description

As a Saleswoman at Antonio, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, recommending products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.

Listen to customers' needs and provide personalized assistance.

Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.

Offer product recommendations and provide detailed information.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately. Actively engage customers to promote sales.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the store's product offerings.

Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.

Educate customers on product usage and care. Restock shelves and maintain a tidy sales floor.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized.

Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays.

Customer Service: Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Handle returns and exchanges following store policies.

Provide after-sales support and assistance as needed.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and inform management of low inventory.

Assist with inventory counts and restocking activities.

Loss Prevention: Maintain awareness of security procedures and report any suspicious activity.

Help prevent theft by following store security guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals. Assist in training new team members when necessary. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements:-

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and accessing product information. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift and carry moderately heavy items. Bend, stoop, and reach to access products and shelves.
