PM Financials LTD is a well-established multi-regulated broker, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks. Founded by financial market veterans, we deliver world-class trading experiences through ultra-fast execution, competitive spreads, and minimal latency.

We are growing and looking to recruit Full-time Business Development managers in the Dubai office. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development with proven leadership capabilities and deep industry knowledge in the Forex, particularly within the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across regional and international markets.

- ?Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and institutional partners.

- ?Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- ?Generate leads through networking events, trading seminars, and in-person meetings.

- ?Provide market updates, trading insights, and product education to clients.

- ?Guide clients through live account opening, KYC procedures, platform setup, deposits, and withdrawals.

- ?Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), white-label partners, and affiliates.

Candidate Profile-

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services sales.

- ?Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- ?Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- ?Good understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.

- ?Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi an advantage).

Open to any nationality; must be based in the UAE. Should be Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
