We are a fast-growing company specializing in medical staffing, recruitment, and licensing support for healthcare professionals in the UAE. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative who is passionate about helping doctors and healthcare professionals advance their careers.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who has exposure to the UAE medical sector and is eager to grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively introduce and promote our services to doctors and healthcare professionals across the UAE. Support clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Convert potential leads into active clients by building trust and communicating value. Follow up regularly to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and service utilization. Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Report key activities, feedback, and progress to management.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in medical sales, customer service, field promotion, or a similar role. Prior exposure to or experience in the healthcare sector in the UAE is preferred. Excellent verbal communication with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
