Matcha Vibes Tea Trading LLC is a Dubai-based company operating cafes and a professional tea-trading division.

We import premium organic Japanese matcha directly from Kyoto and Kagoshima and supply cafes, restaurants, spas, hotels, and wellness venues across the UAE and abroad.

Our goal is simple: make high-grade matcha accessible to every professional venue that values quality, health, and precision.

The Role

We are hiring a motivated Sales Representative to expand our B2B wholesale network.

You will develop collaborations with spas, gyms, hotels, and coffee shops, introducing them to our organic matcha powder, barista tools, and preparation systems.

Your success will help partners improve their beverage menu and increase our brand's presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new B2B clients (spas, gyms, cafes, restaurants). Present product samples, pricing, and wholesale offers. Organize tasting demos and barista-training sessions. Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat orders. Track inventory and coordinate deliveries with our operations team. Report weekly on sales activity, market trends, and opportunities. Represent Matcha Vibes Tea Trading LLC at trade and F&B events.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or ingredient sales (B2B preferred). Strong negotiation and client-relationship skills. Confident presenting products and conducting tasting sessions. Organized, results-oriented, and self-motivated. UAE driving license preferred. Passionate about tea, quality products, and Japanese matcha culture.
