Located in the heart of Jumeirah 1 inside our iconic Matcha Vibes Cafe, this studio is a space for creators, entrepreneurs, and dreamers to share their voice. Fully equipped with professional audio and video tools, GreenTalksDXB is designed for people who want to create -- with quality, style, and purpose.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager who will bring this studio to life.

Your mission: find and attract clients who will use the studio for their podcasts, manage bookings and schedules, and coordinate with our production team to make every project shine. You'll help us build a community of storytellers and make GreenTalksDXB a go-to creative destination in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract podcasters, brands, and creative agencies. Manage the booking calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination. Act as the link between clients and the production team, ensuring seamless delivery of projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities to grow studio visibility. Help shape pricing packages, promotions, and membership programs. Monitor performance and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and traffic.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in media, production, or creative industries preferred). Excellent communication and client management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Passionate about podcasts, creativity, and storytelling. Strong understanding of Dubai's creative scene is a big plus. Positive attitude -- we love people who love what they do.
