We are looking for a charismatic and skilled Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. This role requires someone who is passionate about luxury retail and possesses a deep appreciation for the art of jewellery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales excellence and a keen ability to understand and meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide detailed information and advice about our products. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Manage display and inventory of products in the showroom. Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to ensure up-to-date understanding of our collections. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional events. Handle customer inquiries, sales transactions, and follow-ups efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or high-end fashion. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Arabic. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of clients. A passion for jewellery and craftsmanship. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
