We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative with prior experience in kiosk sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging with walk-in customers, handling product displays, and closing sales in a fast-paced, retail environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to drive sales through face-to-face interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and approach customers at the kiosk in a friendly and professional manner
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products or services offered
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Build relationships with repeat customers to encourage brand loyalty
Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance
Follow company guidelines for promotions, returns, and customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in kiosk or retail sales (1+ years preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling multiple customers at once
Basic math and POS operation skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling technique
