Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and expand our presence in the natural stone and building material market.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers.


Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the construction and fit-out sectors.


Promote VADA's natural stone products to potential and existing clients.


Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.


Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.


Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and coordination with internal teams.


Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, natural stone, ceramics, or related industries).


Strong client network within construction, fit-out, and design sectors in the UAE.


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.


UAE driving license is an advantage.
