to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of raw pastry materials to businesses across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (bakeries, cafes, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, etc.)
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct in-person visits and product presentations.
Deliver 1?kg product samples, follow up on feedback, and close deals.
Prepare and negotiate quotations and sales agreements.
Track sales targets and report on performance weekly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and competition.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or food distribution
(preferably B2B).
Strong knowledge of the HORECA market and food service clients in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license
- must be comfortable visiting clients daily.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
