We are hiring an experienced

Sales Representative

with a solid

shipping industry background

and a minimum of

4-5 years of sales experience in the UAE

freight forwarding sales

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector (air, sea, and land). Maintain and grow relationships with existing shipping clients and convert them into freight forwarding customers. Promote the company's full range of logistics services to potential clients. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing based on client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of shipments.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience

in the

UAE shipping industry

. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions. Existing client network in shipping/freight forwarding is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. UAE driving license is an advantage
