We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Female Sales Representative

Hindi speaker

with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities:

promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Update customer database and sales reports. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale.

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative in Dubai. Fluency in Hindi and English. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Familiar with BRM and CRM, skilled at building professional relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
