Who We're Looking For
An energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual with a passion for learning and helping clients.
No prior experience is required
--we provide full training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote our gold investment app and engage with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and explain product features clearly and simply.
Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships.
Provide support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them to use the app effectively.
Requirements:
Open to all applicants (female candidates preferred).
Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Professional appearance and confident attitude.
Passion for sales, customer service, and quick learning.
Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
Experience is a plus but not required
(we will train you).
