Job Description
THEMES Furniture & HomeStore is looking for individuals with proven sales success in a retail home furnishings environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting our Jebel Ali warehouse. Handle online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website chat. Manage incoming phone calls and provide product details, availability, and delivery information. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries. Provide excellent customer service and help drive sales.
Salary + commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
