Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with customers through outbound and inbound phone calls. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and explain features, and benefits.

Customer Engagement:

Build a rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Conversion:

Drive the onboarding of new clients by providing step-by-step guidance through the account opening process.

Follow-up:

Follow up on lead inquiries promptly to ensure high conversion rates.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics by converting leads into funded accounts by effectively addressing client inquiries, concerns, and objections.

Handle Objections:

Address customer concerns or objections with professionalism and product knowledge.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve sales strategies and share the best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or High school diploma

1 to 3 years of experience in a Sales role

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.

Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Fluent in English and ( Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam )
