The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and experienced in sales within the automotive or rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, walk-ins, leads, and referrals
Promote rental services to corporate and individual clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and present rental quotes and proposals to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and competitors in the market
Assist with marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate records of sales, agreements, and customer interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in car rental, automotive, or hospitality sectors
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a proactive sales mindset
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
