We run high-value courses for traders and students, helping them achieve consistent results, financial growth, and personal transformation. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through social media, email campaigns, webinars, and networking.
Qualify prospects to ensure they are a good fit for the course.
Conduct sales calls and present the course clearly, focusing on value and outcomes.
Handle objections and guide prospects to enrollment.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't yet enrolled.
Track sales activities and report results to management.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working on commission-based pay.
Ability to generate leads proactively and follow a sales script.
Previous sales experience (high-ticket or course sales preferred, but not required).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Compensation:
Commission-based (20-25% per sale)
Opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
