1. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and contribute to overall business goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and sales strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements and Skills
Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership
Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventors.
Promote the company's service and finance department with buyers to ensure customer loyalty
Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed
Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
Contribute to dealership sales data by filling out standard reports
Cold call prospective buyers to generate new business when necessary
Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is advantageous
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance
Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a proactive approach to leadership, and the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team

Minimum experience - 2 years in automobile industry
