EcoBreeze is looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative

with a valid UAE driving license. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to generate business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and facility management companies. Present and promote company services in a compelling and professional manner. Negotiate and close deals in line with company standards and local regulations. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing:

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Analyze customer needs, market conditions, and competitors to shape messaging. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community activities. Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print channels.

Compliance and Licensing:

Maintain a valid UAE driving license and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations. Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with UAE laws and ethical standards. Stay up to date on relevant industry guidelines and best practices.

Reporting and CRM:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer communications in the CRM system. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights to management. Track campaign effectiveness and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license

(mandatory). Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a

service-based or licensed industry

(e.g., pest control, cleaning, facilities management, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with pest control or deep cleaning industries. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, SEO). Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches. Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, English, Hindi, or others) are an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
