We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven

Sales Representative

to join our team and promote

Nigotis

, a modern business management software designed for SMEs, factories, clinics, and service providers in the UAE.

This is a

field-based role

that involves door-to-door sales in key commercial areas of Dubai.

Salary & Commission:

Base Salary:

AED 1,000/month

Commission:

20% per successful sale

Performance-Based:

Base salary is subject to

justification through active sales performance

. Representatives not meeting basic sales benchmarks will be reviewed monthly.

Responsibilities:

Visit businesses in industrial and commercial zones of Dubai Pitch and promote Nigotis software features and benefits Build relationships with shop owners, factory managers, clinics, salons, and SMEs Provide product demos (on tablet or phone) Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress Follow up with leads and close sales independently

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (software or B2B preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong understanding of small business needs Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus) Must be based in Dubai with own visa (freelance or spouse visa preferred)
