We're now looking for an experienced and self-motivated

Sales Representative

to join our growing team and help expand our presence in Dubai's premium residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate and develop new sales leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building Manage the entire sales process -- from initial enquiry and site meetings to quotation and deal closure Promote our full range of services including villa renovations, bespoke landscaping, and swimming pool construction Build and maintain strong client relationships with homeowners, developers, architects, and interior designers Collaborate closely with our in-house design and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction Represent Verdant Group at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B sales experience in luxury renovation, landscaping, pool construction, real estate, or design/build services Proven ability to self-generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline A confident, polished, and client-focused approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong knowledge of the UAE's luxury property and construction markets UK or European background preferred (not essential) Valid UAE driver's license required
