Sales and Customer Support Representative

, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Sales Responsibilities:

Actively seeking and signing new property owners to list their apartments or holiday homes under IVY Luxury Holiday Homes' management. Conducting presentations and meetings with property owners to explain our services, pricing, and rental potential. Following up with leads, maintaining an organized client database, and converting prospects into long-term partners. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure newly onboarded units are ready for marketing, listing, and guest hosting. Supporting marketing initiatives to promote new properties and maximize exposure on online platforms.

Client Support & Booking Management:

Handling guest inquiries, booking requests, and providing exceptional support before, during, and after the guest's stay. Coordinating with the Admin and Customer Service Representative to manage daily operations smoothly and resolve guest concerns. Maintaining constant communication with property owners regarding booking performance, maintenance updates, and guest feedback. Ensuring all check-ins/check-outs are managed efficiently and guests receive the highest quality service.

Coordination & Operational Support:

Collaborating with the operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure properties are always guest-ready. Reporting urgent issues or service gaps to management promptly. Supporting inventory tracking, furnishing recommendations, or unit upgrades when needed. Monitoring key performance indicators like occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores for properties under your portfolio.

General Responsibility:

Performing any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management that are necessary to enhance the quality, efficiency, and growth of company operations.
