We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused
Real Estate Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. You'll use your knowledge of the market and excellent interpersonal skills to guide clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, marketing, open houses, and referrals
Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process, including property showings, negotiations, and closing procedures
Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
Prepare and present offers and counteroffers
Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions in CRM
Coordinate property listings with professional photography, staging, and marketing materials
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the transaction
Maintain a strong online presence through social media and property platforms
Qualifications:
Valid real estate license in [State/Province]
Proven track record of successful sales or strong desire to grow in real estate
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals
Familiarity with CRM systems and MLS platforms
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
