Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Cold-calling and generating new leads while working on provided leads. Proactive, Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products. Stay informed about product features and benefits, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

Experience:

Prior experience in financial sales is preferred. Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions. Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse customer bases
