Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a solid
background in healthcare sales. This role focuses on onboarding healthcare providers onto our
digital platform and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new healthcare providers (clinics, hospitals, and homecare services)
Manage the full onboarding process: registration, documentation, agreement signing, and
training
Conduct tele-sales and field visits to pitch the platform's value proposition
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
Ensure providers are fully trained and actively using the platform
Meet and exceed monthly onboarding and activation targets
Share insights and feedback from the market to help refine our offerings
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales within the UAE
Strong experience in tele-sales and lead conversion
Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel regularly
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
Open to both male and female candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare SaaS platforms or aggregators (e.g., Fresha, Zocdoc, Practo)
Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, insurance systems, and clinical operations
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plu
