, meet clients in person, and secure high-value deals across branding, marketing, and content services. You will play a key role in expanding DigiTea's presence in the UAE market by converting inbound interest and generating strategic sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert
local sales leads
through in-person meetings and calls.
Develop strong relationships with clients, agencies, and business owners across Dubai.
Present DigiTea's services and past work in a compelling way to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective pitches and proposals.
Achieve monthly targets and report performance to the UAE sales head.
Maintain follow-ups, negotiations, and closures with proper documentation.
Represent DigiTea professionally in all business interactions and events.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in
sales, client servicing, or business development
, preferably in media, marketing, or tech services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- English(Arabic is a bonus).
Confident in leading
face-to-face meetings
and closing deals.
Understanding of Dubai's business ecosystem and market dynamics.
A go-getter attitude with a passion for building relationships and growing revenue.
Must have
residence and mobility
in Dubai for travel to meetings.

Fixed salary (AED 3,000 - AED 4,000) based on experience.
